Job description

The Front Office Executive will be responsible for providing full operational, and financial management of the front office. The successful candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients and employees, offering exceptional service while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Welcome all guests in a highly professional manner as well as observe and attend to all guests without delay
  • Ensure that all interactions with guests are conducted in a friendly, efficient and helpful manner
  • Coordination of the front desk, reception, meeting rooms and boardrooms
  • Detailed monitoring of cleanliness throughout the building
  • Responsible for the appearance of the front office
  • Perform various administrative tasks
  • Co-ordinate transportation when required
  • Managing of company fleet and all administration related to the vehicles
  • Managing and sorting incoming and outgoing mail
  • Ensure that all catering and meal requirements have been attended to
  • Ensure proficiency in utilising the communications system
  • Knowledgeable about all health and safety tasks
  • Assist with company events at external locations when required
  • Maintain proper checklists related to housekeeping activities to ensure the upkeep of the facility
  • Responsible for day-to-day purchases of office requirements, preparing request order and getting approval, maintaining inventory of stationary, etc.
  • Co-ordinate arrangements for staff accommodation when required
Desired Experience & Qualification
  • Qualification in Hospitality or Travel & Tourism preferred
  • 3+ years’ experience in the hospitality industry is advantageous
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office. Ability to work in Excel, Word and Internet
  • Have a reliable means of transport

Working Conditions
