About the Job

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented General Bookkeeping and Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive support in both bookkeeping and administrative functions, playing a key role in maintaining our financial records and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities
  • Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable (AP/AR): Process invoices, manage payments, and reconcile accounts.
  • Credit Card Receipts: Accurately process and reconcile credit card transactions.
  • Pricing Management: Manage and update pricing, specifically with Home Depot pricing.
  • Journal Entries: Prepare and post journal entries.
  • Reporting: Generate financial reports.
