Job summary

A leading equipment company located in Kathu, Northern Cape, is looking for a skilled professional to manage daily service operations related to site-based Hose Containers. This role involves leading a parts process team, ensuring customer service excellence, and maintaining effective inventory control. Candidates should have Grade 12, relevant certification, and proficiency in business development. Qualifications

  • Grade 12 and a tertiary qualification would be an added advantage.

Key Output
  • Manage daily service related to the site-based Hose Container deployed
  • Machine Hose Inspections
  • Inventory Management
  • Attend meetings as and when necessary, with the customer and facilitate team meetings (Huddle, Tool Box Talk, etc)
  • To perform parts supervisory related tasks and provide support to the Line Manager effectively and efficiently.
  • Communicate and ensure accessibility to process documentation by all personnel.
  • Coordinate the relevant subject matter required by team to deliver process design within set timeframe.
  • Ensure the parts team works according to policies, principles, processes, and procedures of the parts department.
  • Lead and supervise a parts process team using while following the BWE Leadership philosophy and demonstrating value driven leadership.
  • Housekeeping, Report Management.
  • Motivate and drive the required behaviour aligned to the Brand.
  • Deliver customer service according to position relevant KPIs while meeting departmental financial targets
Qualification, Experience and Competencies
  • Grade 12 and a tertiary qualification would be an added advantage.
  • Machine Hose Inspection certification / experience
  • Business development skills and knowledge.
