Duties & Responsibilities

Lead coordinate and manage all Reaction Officers to ensure operational effectiveness and service excellence.

Plan and manage daily escort deployments in line with operational requirements.

Conduct regular site visits route checks and compliance inspections.

Ensure adherence to all security procedures company policies and legal requirements.

Monitor track and manage vehicle usage and driving standards.

Manage incidents provide immediate operational support and ensure accurate reporting.

Maintain communication with clients control room and senior management regarding operations.

Conduct regular briefings training and performance appraisals for Reaction Officers.

Enforce discipline address misconduct and implement corrective actions where required.

Prepare operational reports incident logs and ensure administrative compliance.
