Job summary

A leading recruitment agency is looking for a Quality / Laboratory Analyst in Stellenbosch. The role involves performing standard analysis, maintaining equipment, and participating in quality management systems to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Candidates should have at least a Higher Diploma or B.Sc. in Micro, Food Technology, or Biotechnology and be able to work flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or applicable B.Sc. Degree or Similar Qualification in Micro, Food Technology or Biotechnology.
• Own transport and ability to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Perform analysis standard methods and support in-process production.
• Maintenance and calibration of equipment for accurate results.
• Contribute as a team member during problem-solving from a quality perspective.
• Participate in drafting and reviewing QMS procedures.
• Assist in evaluating supplier’s service performance.
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards in the laboratory.
