Education
  • Electrician qualification (preferred but not required)
  • Relevant technical or electrical training within the solar industry
Job Experience & Skills Required
  • Minimum of 3 years proven experience in the solar industry
  • Direct involvement in at least 50 completed solar installations
  • Proven experience in a field service, technical, or quality control role
  • Strong understanding of solar PV systems, inverters, and balance of system components
  • In-depth knowledge of electrical regulations, standards, and compliance requirements
  • Ability to conduct site inspections, quality audits, and commissioning support
  • Strong problem‑solving and fault‑finding capabilities
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with installers, technicians, and management
  • Ability to train and mentor installation teams on best practices and quality standards
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to sites as required
