Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct failure mode and effects analyses (FMEA) and technical testing to identify product risks and improvement areas.
  • Perform root cause analyses on product non-conformances and develop corrective and preventative action plans.
  • Oversee supplier quality management and ensure compliance through audits and inspections.
  • Collaborate with engineering, production, and QA teams to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Interpret and report on product performance data, warranty claims, and optimization findings.
  • Drive continuous improvement in product design, testing, and process control.
Requirements
