Job description

Conduct legal research on issues determined in the adjudication order and commentary for adjudicators to consider.

Conduct an assurance of adjudication orders to determine if the quality of the order meets the CSOS required standard.

Whether the adjudicator s argument is supported by legal authority (legislation and case law).

Whether the adjudicator conducted legal research and applied it correctly.

Whether the adjudicator used the prescribed template with the approved format and language.

Issuing a Quality Assurance Certificate within prescribed timeframes for each order quality assured and identifying all non-compliance issues for the adjudicator s consideration.
