Overview

Our client, a leader in the Mobility Solutions industry, is seeking an experienced Quality Administrator to join their team in Jet Park, East Rand, Johannesburg.

A wonderful career opportunity awaits an experienced Quality Administrator.

The successful candidate will support the Quality Department in maintaining, monitoring, and improving the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) while ensuring compliance with internal standards, customer requirements, and applicable regulations.

Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • 2–3 years’ experience in a quality administration, document control, or similar role.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 or other quality management systems advantageous.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
  • Strong administrative and record-keeping skills.
  • Team player with a proactive approach and commitment to continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
  • Maintaining and updating quality and safety documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and records.
  • Assisting with the preparation, coordination, and follow-up of internal and external audits.
  • Monitoring and tracking non-conformances, corrective actions, and preventive actions.
  • Capturing, organizing, and analyzing quality-related data for reporting purposes.
  • Supporting the maintenance of ISO and other relevant certification requirements.
  • Coordinating customer complaint resolution.
  • Assisting in training coordination and awareness programs related to quality standards.
  • Liaising with suppliers and customers regarding quality-related issues when required.
  • Providing general administrative support to the Quality Manager and team.
