We are looking for a qualified Real Estate Agent who will be responsible for buying and selling property for our real estate business. You will be tasked with growing our customer base by generating leads, counselling clients on market conditions, and developing competitive market prices. You will also be in charge of creating lists of real estate properties and presenting purchase offers to sellers. To be successful in this role, you will need to have good experience with sales.
Responsibilities
- Create an active listings database for real estate sale properties, including details such as location, features, and size, following the company template.
- Prospect clients to generate leads for property sales.
- Pull CMA reports on properties.
- Send pre-listing packs and completed mandates with CMA information to sellers.
- Obtain and save FICA documents, Body Corporate Rules, Financials, and AGM Minutes (if applicable) to the server.
- Schedule photography sessions with sellers, tenants, and photographers.
- Select and ensure the quality of property photos according to company standards.
- Visit properties with a checklist to ensure standards are met.
- Confirm extra costs with tenants and communicate in writing to landlords.
- Download and save photos to the server.
- Prepare property listings on Propdata, ensuring accuracy of mandate dates and write-ups according to company standards.
- List properties on online portals and respond promptly to inquiries.
- Arrange property viewings, prepare listing folders with relevant materials, and follow up with buyers after viewings.
- Provide feedback to sellers after viewings.
- Facilitate negotiations between sellers and buyers.
- Draft and present offers to purchase, including addendums and annexures, ensuring proper signing and documentation.
- Provide bi-weekly feedback to owners and ad hoc updates after viewings.
- Conduct price counseling and review property viability within the portfolio.
- Promote properties through social media posts.
- Attend mandatory training and industry-related courses.
- Apply for and maintain your FFC Certificate and real estate license, keeping your knowledge current.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months experience in a real estate call center with a proven track record.
- Experience in sales.
- Clear criminal and background checks.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of the local property market.
- Possess a laptop, cell phone, and valid driver’s license.
