Property Coordinator - High Commission, Pretoria

Description: Property Coordinator

Responsibilities
  • Coordinating and managing the repair and maintenance of Post owned properties and leased staff housing (in collaboration with building management as necessary).
  • Lead Asset Information Management System (AIMS) user responsible for management of the Fixed Asset register, property inventories, lease management and maintenance works.
  • Project and facilities management. Property related procurement.

The High Commission is based in Pretoria and accredited to Angola, Botswana, Lesotho, Malawi, Mauritius, Mozambique, Namibia, Eswatini, Tanzania, Zambia, and Zimbabwe. The High Commission is part of the New Zealand Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade.
