As a customer advocate, you will affect millions of people daily. Although based in CT, this role will require some travel to JHB.
The Role:
If you are delivery‑focused, customer‑centric, and committed to long‑term, trusted relationships, Electrum's Project Manager role is ideal. You will manage the end-to-end delivery of projects—from sales handover through development to support handover—by working closely with customers (large banks and retailers), the sales team, and the engineering team, while building strong relationships with key customer stakeholders.
A project manager within Electrum’s customer success team, will manage timelines, budget and scope and ensure customer expectations are managed and met.
