About the Role

The Project Manager Solar will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of solar installation projects across the company's property portfolio. This includes overseeing project design, budgeting, procurement, installation, and quality assurance to ensure successful delivery within time, cost, and compliance parameters. Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of solar PV projects across multiple property sectors.
• Develop project plans, budgets, timelines, and progress reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams, external contractors, engineers, and suppliers.
• Oversee procurement of solar equipment and materials.
• Ensure all installations meet safety, environmental, and technical standards.
• Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and system performance monitoring.
• Prepare project documentation, handover packs, and performance reports.
• Support the company's sustainability initiatives and energy-efficiency goals.
