Role Overview -

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Foreign Exchange (FX) or Payments to lead complex initiatives within the banking and financial services sector. The role requires proven expertise in managing end‑to‑end delivery of technology and business transformation projects, with a focus on compliance, efficiency, and customer impact.

Key Responsibilities -

• Lead and manage large‑scale projects across the banking domain, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.
• Drive project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure using SAFE/Agile methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including technology, operations, compliance, and business stakeholders.
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies proactively, ensuring transparent communication and resolution.
• Prepare and present project status reports, dashboards, and executive updates.
• Ensure alignment of project outcomes with regulatory requirements and organizational objectives.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within project teams.

Non‑Negotiable Experience

• Strong Foreign Exchange (FX) or Payments experience – mandatory.
• Proven track record of delivering projects in the banking/financial services domain.
• Hands‑on experience with SAFE/Agile frameworks for project delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications
