Summary

Fluent in Norton or similar PM platforms and experience setting up and managing project boards, workflows and creating team collaboration. Technically fluent with an understanding of CRM''s, automation platforms and forms tools. Fast paced, client facing project management experience in either a start-up, SaaS or consulting environment.

Position Information

Comfortable with ambiguity and able to build systems from scratch. Must be able to understand technical requirements and the process related to delivering a client facing technical solution. Able to problem solve bottle necks, map out workflows, and think across systems and timelines. Comfortable managing multiple projects, able to flag issues clearly and keep all involved aligned.Create, implement and evolve operational frameworks. Able to work across platforms and integrations as well as have the adaptability to trouble shoot alongside developers, automate workflows or QA data logic. High pressure environment. Gauteng based.
