Responsible for the daily running of the production shift to ensure compliance to Albany quality and standard operating procedures; To enforce the established safety systems and to maintain MECP and daily INVOCOMS.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the daily running of the production shift to ensure compliance to Albany quality and standard operating procedures; to enforce the established safety systems and to maintain MECP and daily INVOCOMS.
  • You provide a talent acquisition service for all Executive, Snr Leadership, Professional and critical roles. You ensure an efficient and effective talent acquisition process and identify great talent to meet the company’s objectives. You will act as a strategic talent scout, innovator, collaborator and effective networker across all business functions in Tiger Brands and use the Employer Brand to focus on key talent segments and design focused acquisition campaigns.
  • In accordance with the employment equity plan of Tiger Brands and its employment equity goals and targets, preference may be given, but is not limited, to candidates from under-represented designated groups.
