Job description

Responsibilities

• Must be able to understand Bill of materials
• Schedule and Manage production on process to meet deadlines
• Meet Daily with Production on team to gather information on to update schedule
• Facilitates routing and logging of all incoming and outgoing Orders
• Support Production on teams with all System Queries
• Prepares and submits Production on staff Time and attendance register. Assist with any additional HR enquires and documentation.

• Demonstrated evidence of successful teamwork.
• Required to communicate daily with both internal and external clients
• Able to accept direction on. Needs to be comfortable and flexible with evolving priorities and roles
• Needs to be able to work overtime on short notice
• Needs to be willing to be actively interactive on the production on line to liaise with the production team.
