Production Leadership Opportunity

The role of the Operations Manager is a crucial strategic position that oversees the management of manufacturing operations, production processes, and supply chain functions within a regulated environment.

Strategic leadership for Manufacturing, Production Management, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams.

Directing all manufacturing operations to meet production schedules, product quality standards, safety requirements, and cost targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading and developing the Production Management team for reliable operational oversight and staff performance.
  • Maintaining adherence to aseptic processing standards and sterile facility environmental controls.
  • Managing service providers and toll manufacturing contracts.
Maintenance & Technical Systems
  • Oversight of the Maintenance Department for equipment, utilities, and facilities maintenance.
  • Ensuring effective execution of preventative maintenance programs, equipment validation / calibration plans, and plant reliability systems.
Supply Chain & Materials Management
  • Managing raw material sourcing, supplier performance, inventory control, cold chain / storage requirements, and finished goods release in collaboration with QA / QC and SCM teams.
Financial & Cost Management
  • Developing, managing, and controlling departmental operational budgets, including labor, consumables, maintenance, and utilities.
  • Conducting product costing, cost reviews, waste reduction initiatives, and process efficiency improvement projects.
Quality, Safety & Compliance
  • E nsuring operations comply with ISO , c GMP, veterinary biological standards, biosafety regulations, and SOPs.
  • Driving continuous improvement in aseptic technique, cleanroom behavior, and process discipline.
Strategic & Cross-Functional Collaboration

Providing technical and operational input into new product introduction, scale-up, and technology.
