A leading software company in Midrand is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to deliver high-quality customer service. This role requires troubleshooting advanced issues and resolving customer concerns through various communication channels. Candidates should possess IT qualifications and 2-4 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a contact center environment. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

This role is crucial to our customers and is targeted on finding the right solutions to complex, second level product support problems while delivering high quality customer service using modern Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and telephony technology.
