Job description

About the Role

The Product Manager II will lead the development and execution of one or more product features. They will create product development plans and represent their features within the cross-functional team, proposing new ideas based on a deep understanding of customer needs. They will prioritize and communicate customer issues and defects for timely resolution and lead demos at program milestones. In addition, you’ll be responsible for driving organizational onboarding for new features and supporting the development of customer onboarding materials. This role includes the opportunity to work on generative AI-powered features, helping to define and refine how legal professionals interact with cutting-edge AI tools in their research workflows.

Responsibilities:
Engage regularly with customers to gather insights, understand their needs, and prioritize them to ensure high satisfaction while driving product evolution.

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to anticipate market changes that may impact the product.

Collect and analyze data from customer feedback, market analysis, and sales data to inform product strategies and decisions.

Use data to guide product decisions, evaluate trade-offs, and validate hypotheses.

Assist in creating content for customer demos, sales collateral, and training materials.

Support go-to-market efforts and collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations.

Manage product delivery, from discovery to launch, using agile methodologies.

Drive the development of product features and prototypes to meet business goals and ensure alignment with agile development methodologies.

Define and champion the strategic vision for assigned product features, using competitive analysis to drive direction and improve business performance.


Requirements
4–6 years of product management experience, ideally with exposure to legal tech or legal research tools.

Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.

Ability to successfully manage and prioritize multiple product features and initiatives.

A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field is preferred but not required.

Diverse experiences and perspectives are valued; a legal qualification or technical background in disciplines such as Computer Science or Engineering is a plus.
