A leading global tech company in Cape Town is seeking a Product Manager to enhance Vendor Experience and improve Supply Chain efficiency. Amazon’s Retail Operations & Initiatives team is looking for a Product Manager to lead initiatives that improve both Vendor Experience and Supply Chain performance across Amazon’s retail business. This role will focus on identifying and addressing upstream and downstream process defects that impact vendor engagement, supply reliability, and operational efficiency.
The successful candidate will collaborate closely with Retail Business Services (RBS), Vendor Managers, Supply Chain, and Tech teams to simplify processes, strengthen end-to-end visibility, and scale mechanisms that enhance vendor satisfaction and supply performance. You will use data to uncover insights, drive structured improvement programs, and influence cross-functional partners to deliver measurable business impact.
