Key Responsibilities

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Develop an Insights/BI product vision and strategy in line with the business strategy.
  • Define and drive the integrated product strategy for Insights/BI ensuring strategy is aligned with overall business goals and communicated effectively to stakeholders.
  • Establish and maintain product roadmap and timelines
  • Manage stakeholder interaction and demand
  • Manage release planning for product
  • Manage the product budget
  • Work with the engineering teams to translate product roadmap into detailed requirements
  • Work with the relevant teams to roll-out and communicate product changes to customers
  • Coordinate work between multiple teams within TFG for programmes of work
  • Look for new trends, practices, technologies, and products that drive competitive advantage and customer benefit
  • Help facilitate Insights/BI usage by defining and optimising for key metrics
  • Maximise the product team’s ability to deliver consistently, rapidly, and effectively. This
  • includes implementing best practices for product planning, sizing, research, development,
  • testing and measurement. Emphasis on sprint and design thinking facilitation

Qualifications And Experience

  • Must have a relevant 4-year degree or equivalent in working experience
  • 3 years Product management or technical team leadership experience
  • 5 years technical delivery experience
  • 3 years Scrum & Agile experience is preferred
