Our client has an opportunity available for a Product Manager based in Meyersdal.

Requirements :

  • Proficiency in the English language.
  • BSc or relevant Business degree or diploma.
  • Pharmaceutical experience.
  • Extensive product knowledge.
  • 3+ years Pharmaceutical or Marketing industry experience.
  • The ability to interpret, analyse and present Rx and IMS data for business decision support.

KPAs :

  • Develop marketing material, marketing strategies and launch campaigns.
  • Drive, stimulate and challenge strategic thinking and the implementation thereof.
  • Effectively manage the financial budget and forecast processes.
  • Drive cross functional team accountability for achieving business targets and manage business expectations.
  • Prepare new marketing plans for product introduction in corporation with senior management.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis for both current and future launches.
  • Manage profitability within the business scope.
  • Drive stock availability and access through channel management per portfolio.
  • Develop a training department for products and diseases relating to the company’s products.
  • Ensure effective team communication throughout the marketing and sales department.
