Description

We are seeking a customer-facing Product Implementation Consultant. This role is ideal for professionals such as Software Implementation Analysts, Solutions Designers, or Application Support Engineers looking to transition into a more Product-focused role with diverse responsibilities. The successful candidate will become the SME (Subject Matter Expert) for this product.

The role involves working within project teams and reporting to a Project Manager to implement software solutions for clients across the UK and globally. Most projects are remote, with potential opportunities for international travel.

Full product training will be provided. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Application Support or Implementation, along with a general understanding of infrastructure and SQL skills.

Responsibilities include understanding client business processes, configuring the product for implementation, and consulting on best practices. You will collaborate with support teams to develop training materials and work with super users to promote effective user adoption.

Experience with Agile principles is advantageous.

Salary & Benefits:

Up to £55,000 + Pension, Medical, On-site parking with free EV charging, on-site gym, and more. This role requires onsite presence; remote working is not available.
