Job Summary

Join to apply for the Procurement Manager role at MULTIFORM HUMAN DEVELOPMENT (Pty) Ltd. We’re seeking a dynamic leader to head our Procurement and Information Technology function, driving excellence across sourcing, supplier performance, and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement procurement policies, strategies, and cost-control measures.
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers with a focus on quality, reliability, and innovation.
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers to secure favourable terms and long-term partnerships.
  • Ensure timely procurement of raw materials, packaging, and services for cosmetics production.
  • Monitor supplier performance, deliveries, and compliance with contracts; maintain accurate records of procurement activities and ensure compliance with internal controls.
  • Identify bottlenecks in the current procurement process and design solutions to streamline operations.
  • Lead the automation and digitisation of procurement workflows (e-procurement systems, supplier portals, automated purchase orders, spend analytics).
    Introduce data-driven reporting dashboards to track procurement KPIs, supplier performance, and cost savings.
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives across the procurement cycle.
  • Work closely with production, design, research & development and finance teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
  • Provide procurement insights to support product innovation, sustainability, and business expansion.
  • Mentor and lead the procurement team, building capability and accountability.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical sourcing, and regulatory standards.
  • Stay informed of cosmetic industry trends, raw material markets, and supply chain risks.
