Responsibilities

• Monitor and resolve issues raised by monitoring systems before they impact operations.
• Deploy and manage patches across servers and desktops.
• Management of ManageEngine console for patching.
• Monitor and maintain backup solutions.
• Perform routine backup validation and testing.
