Talent Acquisition Specialist @ FNB Private Banking | Sourcing and Recruiting Talent

To deliver exceptional experience and education to Private Clients / Private Clients RMB clients on basic wealth creation, accumulation, and overall protection tactics to increase vertical sales index (VSI) and drive client retention and entrenchment through using contextual Money Management principles.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional experience and education to Private Clients on basic wealth creation and accumulation.
  • Increase vertical sales index (VSI) and drive client retention and entrenchment through contextual Money Management principles.
  • Understand and market all financial services solutions within the relevant business offering.
  • Assist with profit growth for the business through effective management of the leads pipeline.
  • Produce consistently high-quality outputs within agreed deadlines.
Qualifications
  • Minimum Qualification: Relevant NQF level 7 FSCA approved Degree.
  • RE5 Regulatory Compliance Certificates with relevant COB (Class of Business).
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience within a Sales / Service area of a financial environment.
  • Signed off on FAIS categories.
