Responsibilities
- Collaborating with the sales team to identify and understand client requirements across client, server, and storage domains
- Developing solution architectures for end-user setups
- Staying updated on the latest advancements and features in server and storage technologies from Dell, HPE, and Huawei.
- Delivering regular training sessions for the sales team on products, solutions, and market trends
- Working closely with sales to drive deal strategies and ensure alignment with technical offerings
- Designing and proposing tailored solutions that align with business goals and budgets.
- Addressing client concerns and provide insightful recommendations for productivity and efficiency improvements.
- Building and maintaining long-term client relationships based on trust and technical value.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in pre-sales or technical support for client, server, and storage solutions.
- Certifications in client, server and storage technologies (e.g., Dell / EMC, HP / E ASE / ATP, Huawei HCIA / HCIP).
- Proven expertise in designing and deploying both end-user computing and data center solutions (Server and Storage).
