YOUR ROLE In this role you will play a key role in:
  • Leading the design and implementation of enterprise‑wide PLM architecture, ensuring alignment with client business objectives and industry best practices.
  • Developing comprehensive PLM roadmaps and strategies that enable clients to maximize their return on investment while supporting long‑term business goals.
  • Conducting in‑depth assessments of existing PLM environments to identify improvement opportunities, integration challenges, and optimisation potential.
  • Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and architectural designs.
  • Providing expert guidance on PLM platform selection, configuration, and customisation based on client‑specific needs and industry standards.
  • Leading technical workshops and knowledge transfer sessions with clients and internal teams to ensure successful adoption of PLM solutions.
  • Staying at the forefront of PLM technology trends, emerging tools, and methodologies to continuously enhance our service offerings.
YOUR PROFILE
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field.
  • 7+ years of experience in PLM architecture, implementation, and strategy development, with a proven track record of successful PLM projects.
  • Deep expertise in major PLM platforms, such as Siemens Teamcenter (TC) or Dassault Enovia (3DX).
  • Strong understanding of product development processes, engineering workflows, and manufacturing operations across multiple industries.
  • Experience in integrating PLM systems with adjacent enterprise applications e.g. in MES, ALM.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Professional certifications in relevant PLM platforms or architecture frameworks are highly desirable.
