Qualifications

• Knowledge of preventative & proactive maintenance techniques.
• Understanding of relevant legislation (LRA, BCEA, OHS).
• Knowledge in Mechanical Engineering.
• Knowledge in Electrical & Control systems.
• Familiarity with furnace operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage engineering departments for maintenance strategy execution.
• Ensure compliance with safety and relevant legislation.
• Control and manage maintenance budgets.
• Drive effective maintenance with root cause analysis.
• Manage planning and scheduling of maintenance activities.
