Position: Physical Therapy Technician

Location: Georgetown, IN

Type of Employment: PRN/Per diem

Schedule: Weekdays – varies

Compensation: $9–11 per hour (based on experience)

In this role, you will assist our therapists in carrying out our rehabilitation procedures and play an integral role in supporting our center operations.

PRN/Part-time positions are eligible for (k) based on reaching 1, hours within their first anniversary or subsequent calendar year.

Responsibilities

• Aide therapists in carrying out rehabilitation procedures, organize/schedule and keep records of ancillary services and support center-specific functions
• Observe and report any abnormal patient conditions, reactions or responses to treatment
• Play a significant role in specific areas of center operations (scheduling ancillary services and following up, overseeing a program, serving as OSHA coordinator, etc.)
• Clean, sterilize and prepare equipment

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science / Health Sciences
• CPR certification
• First aid certification
• Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy center
