Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled and licensed Pharmacist to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmaceuticals and a passion for providing exceptional patient care. As a Pharmacist at Water Tower Group, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the safe and effective use of medications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently
  • Review and interpret physician orders to ensure correct dosages and drug interactions
  • Provide counseling to patients on the proper use and potential side effects of medications
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans for patients
  • Monitor medication therapy and make recommendations for adjustments as needed
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
  • Ensure compliance with all state and federal laws and regulations
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current on new medications and treatments
  • Oversee the work of pharmacy technicians and other support staff
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and address any concerns or questions they may have
Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree
  • Active and unrestricted pharmacist license in the state of employment
