Responsibilities

  • Support with temperature logger downloads and assessments for batch release.
  • Preparation of batch release support documents.
  • Creation and updating of master release documents and maintenance of trackers.
  • Support in complaints and change control management.
  • Customs clearance and follow-ups.
  • Gathering and capturing quality information to support business and quality reports.
  • Trouble shooting and incident management.
