Job summary

Candidates should have a tertiary qualification in an agricultural discipline and strong communication and customer service skills. Experience in cold chain operations is advantageous. Qualifications

• Candidates with less experience but proven outstanding performance will be considered.
• Experience in cold chain disciplines is advantageous.
• Proven track record of taking ownership and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Apply roles in inspection, food safety, and export certification.
• Coordinate compliance with prescribed processes related to agricultural standards.
• Ensure competency levels within the Harmonization framework.
• Inspect and certify perishable products and their handling.
• Ensure adherence to service level agreements.
• Perform administrative tasks and reporting related to services.
