    • Contracts updates (Fixed, Permanent and Project contracts)
    • Personal Details updates
    • Banking details
    • ID, Passport and work permits updates
    • Staff benefits updates (Provident Fund Details)
    • Updated leave forms and disciplinary forms
    • Wages Payroll
  • Clocking’s and/or timesheets
    • Calculations of hours
    • Report absenteeism and late coming
    • Compile hours report/sheet for payroll
    • Manage and report overtime
    • Manage leave payments
    • Staff Loans
    • Legal Compliance
  • Safety
    • Employment Equity
    • WSP and ATR
    • BEE
    • Statutory Training (Safety Rep, First Aid and Fire Fighter)
  • Disciplinary
    • Policy and procedures compliance
