Responsibilities

  • Process monthly payroll transactions on the Payroll system.
  • Prepare all monthly reconciliations for salary, tax, medical aid, and provident funds.
  • Maintain adequate record-keeping and support for transactions on the Payroll system.
  • Prepare and submit declarations for EMPs, UIF, and Compensation.
  • Generate and release employee IRP5s and payslips.
  • Provide support to HR Team for process integration.

Compensation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Specialist to perform various payroll and administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Labour Legislation, compensation policies, and SARS requirements.

Duties:

Payroll Processing: Process monthly payroll transactions on the Payroll system.

Communicate payroll deadlines, policies, and procedures.

Prepare all monthly reconciliations (salary, tax, medical aid, provident funds).

Record-Keeping: Maintain adequate record-keeping and support for transactions recorded on the Payroll system.

Administrative Tasks: Prepare, reconcile, and submit declarations in respect of EMPs, EMPs, UIF declarations, Compensation declaration.

Generate and release employee IRP5s and payslips.

Team Support: Provide support to HR Team in terms of process integration and other information required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
