Qualifications

• Grade 12 and tertiary qualification will be an advantage.
• Warehouse experience or in a similar role.
• SAP-R3 and EWM knowledge and experience.
• Reach Truck and Forklift license required.
• Experience with scanners – RF devices.
• Basic Computer literacy (Excel, Word and Outlook).
• CRM knowledge and experience.
• Problem solving ability.
• Planning, organizing and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Process driven individual.
• Good communication skills.
• Exposure to a remanufacturing environment will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate processing of inbound and outbound shipments.
• Safely operate material handling equipment.
• Confirm accuracy of orders ensuring correct items and quantities.
• Utilize EWM system to maintain accurate inventory.
• Consolidate jobs and verify order completeness.
• Maintain planning schedules to support operations workflow.
• Perform accurate binning of parts and regular stock counts.
• Maintain a clean and hazard-free warehouse environment.
• Follow lawful and reasonable instructions from supervisors.
• Report issues hindering operations and safety concerns.
