Overview
The Partnerships Team Lead will be required to assist in building and maintaining positive relationships with new and existing partners.
Specific duties include, but are not limited to the following :
- Assist in developing business growth with potential partners, including but not limited to Telcos, retailers and other entities.
- Continually reviewing the commercial agreements with all Partners for optimal delivery.
- Growing and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing partners through regular communication and face to face meetings.
- Monthly reporting back to team and line manager on overall partnership performance.
- Developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns to grow the company
- Align with the partners strategic objectives to drive profitability for all parties involved
- Collaborate and work with other divisions to execute on the strategic plans
- Budget management and maintaining overall strategic objectives.
- Analysis of campaigns, reporting on ROI and developing strategies to improve it.
- Always ensuring partner satisfaction and working closely with partners to unpack deeper collaboration.
- Coordination of back-end fulfilment with other departments, including Fraud Operations and Creative.
- Keep aligned on Country and Product developments.
- Continuous engagement with the partners and third parties
- Drive innovation through new and existing channels / partners
- Networking and attendance at local / international conferences, if opportunity becomes available.
- Provide continuous guidance and support to the direct partnerships team.
- Will be required to travel for new business opportunities
