We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Paid Media Specialist / Media Buyer to join our marketing team at Tecbot. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across Google, Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, and email marketing platforms. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for digital marketing and a proven track record in driving successful paid media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, and email marketing platforms.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize ROI.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to inform campaign strategies.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging ad creatives and copy that align with our brand and campaign goals.
- Manage budget allocation and bid strategies to maximize the effectiveness of ad spend.
- Create detailed reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and paid media.
- Work closely with the broader marketing team to align paid media efforts with overall marketing strategies and objectives.
- Test new ad formats, platforms, and strategies to continuously improve campaign performance.
Hard Skills
- Extensive knowledge of Facebook Business Manager - Ability to set up campaigns, run A/B tests, sync catalogues, navigate Advantage+, set up FB Pixel/Conversions API, set up events, custom conversions, re-targeting etc.
- Extensive knowledge of Google MCC - On boarding accounts, verifying accounts, adjusting bids, changing bid strategies, keyword research, PMAX campaigns, budget allocation, re-targeting etc.
- Extensive Knowledge of Google Merchant Centre and Facebook Commerce.
- Basic Knowledge of TikTok Business Manager - Ability to set up campaigns, run A/B tests, sync catalogues, set up conversions, set up events, custom conversions etc.
- Basic Knowledge of Klaviyo (or an alternative) - List management, segmentation, flow building etc.
- Configuring UTM’s
- Generating, understanding and analysing reports
