Requirements:

  • 3+ Years' proven experience as an Outdoor Sales Executive.
  • Valid South African Passport.
  • Excellent employment references.
  • Fluent in English and Hindi.
  • Certificate or Diploma in Marketing or Sales Management or related field.
  • Any courses in Sales Techniques and Negotiation, CRM Software Training, Digital Marketing, Customer Relationship Management, Presentation and Public Speaking Skills will be advantageous.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales.
  • Willing to relocate to the Middle East.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular client visits to maintain strong business relationships and identify sales opportunities.
  • Promote products or services through face-to-face presentations and live demonstrations.
  • Drive sales by identifying customer needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through excellent service and consistent follow-up.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Source and approach new clients to expand the customer base.
  • Gather market and competitor insights to support sales strategies.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports, feedback, and marketing trends to management.
  • Represent the company in a professional manner at all times.
