Key Tasks
Achieve Quality Sales Targets
- Offer professional advice to clients
- Present product benefits
- Present product features and advantages
- Rebut clients objections
- Assess key risk factors
- Compile most beneficial solution for client
- Dissuade client if indicated and remove from task
- Cross-sell viable or alternative product if indicated
- Capture client information on relevant application
- Identify FICA requirements
- Submit finalised application for quality assurance
- Grow pipeline on a monthly basis
Generate Referrals
- Request referrals per relevant scripts
- Log referrals to referral sheet
Conclude Accurate Applications
- Apply phonetic alphabets for all critical information
- Interpret jargon to aid clear client understanding
- Confirm a clear responses per compliance requirements, test for understanding
- Obtain FICA support documentation before submitting applications
- Request relevant support documentation before submitting applications
- Disposition calls accurately per official disposition codes and intent
Fix Send backs (TWT) TAT
- Open send backs from dashboard
- Assess validity of send back
- Action sends back based on assessment
- Call client to address and fix identified issues
- Submit fixed application to QA for final review
- Client to be contacted within the given SLA time
Finalise administration as per company standard requirements
- Attend to quote requests on email, telephonically and Apex
- Compile and submit periodic sales reports
- Follow up on outstanding documentation

Legal or Statutory Requirements
Essential Experience
- Minimum 1 year Call centre experience in an insurance environment
Desirable Experience
- Previous Sales experience
- Telesales / Call Centre experience / Cold Calling experience
