About the Role

As anOutbound Lead Generation Specialist, you will turn high-volume outreach into MQLs, booked demos, and free-trial activations, ensuring a predictable, measurable flow of opportunities into HubSpot.

Responsibilities
  • Build a high-converting outbound funnel that hits KPI targets.
  • Maintain % HubSpot accuracy & operational discipline.
  • Improve conversion ratios across the outbound funnel.
  • Directly support revenue growth by delivering demos.
  • Run consistent multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls).
  • Handle and qualify incoming replies within SLA.
  • Manage a demo pipeline : book, remind, confirm, and support show-up rates.
  • Keep operations clean and disciplined, deliver reports on time.
