About the Role
As anOutbound Lead Generation Specialist, you will turn high-volume outreach into MQLs, booked demos, and free-trial activations, ensuring a predictable, measurable flow of opportunities into HubSpot.
Responsibilities
- Build a high-converting outbound funnel that hits KPI targets.
- Maintain % HubSpot accuracy & operational discipline.
- Improve conversion ratios across the outbound funnel.
- Directly support revenue growth by delivering demos.
- Run consistent multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls).
- Handle and qualify incoming replies within SLA.
- Manage a demo pipeline : book, remind, confirm, and support show-up rates.
- Keep operations clean and disciplined, deliver reports on time.
Hard Skills Required
- Experience with Apollo.io sequencing
- Experience with LinkedIn automation tools (BotDog, Waalaxy)
- Strong written communication for reply handling
- Cold calling and objection handling fundamentals
- Experience with HubSpot (deals, tasks, follow-ups, lifecycle stages, notes)
- Understanding of ICPs, buyer intent signals, qualification
- Basic technical vocabulary for proxies, data, scraping, IP rotation
- Experience with KPI reporting and tracking in HubSpot
