Outbound & AI Visibility Growth Specialist (AEO + SEO)

We’re looking for a hands‑on GTM Specialist who can make our business discoverable across traditional search and the new wave of AI‑driven engines like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Claude. If you know how to combine outbound hustle, SEO fundamentals, and AEO (AI Engine Optimization) to get a company noticed - this role is for you.

This is an execution‑first position: cold outreach, pitching, experimenting with AI tools, and testing new distribution tactics to put us in front of the right audience.

What You’ll Do

  • Run outbound campaigns: cold email, LinkedIn, and community‑driven outreach
  • Build visibility via SEO content and optimization
  • Experiment with AEO: figuring out how to get the company featured/discovered through AI tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and others
  • Secure earned media placements across press, blogs, and thought‑leadership outlets
  • Partner with sales/marketing to test and refine messaging

What You Bring

  • 1–4 years in growth, outbound, or lead gen roles (or founder/operator experience)
  • Track record with cold outreach and SEO campaigns
  • Curiosity and experience experimenting with AI tools, ChatGPT, or other LLMs for visibility
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Apollo, Outreach, SEMrush, or similar tools
  • A “scrappy” builder mindset - you don’t wait for playbooks, you create them
