For BU Care Chemicals Team in Lodz, we are looking for a person with interest and passion in customer interaction, high focus on communication skills and an ambitious drive for successful improvement. We are a team with diverse backgrounds and levels of experience, and we will welcome an ambitious team player in our strongly coordinated group. Responsibility for End-to-End Order Management Process.

What will you be doing?

• Creating and maintaining great relations with Clariant’s customers
• Creating SAP orders
• Coordinating information flow between warehouse, sales force, forwarders and customers
• Cooperating directly with internal stakeholders
• Performing claim management through the internal Quality Notification System
• Assisting Clariant’s customers in solving problems and incidents

What are we looking for?

• Experience in Customer Service Desk or Logistics, Export or Supply Chain area
• Knowledge of SAP SD module as an advantage
• Excel, Word and Outlook - working competency
• Logical thinking and multitasking mindset
• Pro-active customer approach and highly developed interpersonal skills
• Creativity and open-minded approach
• Teamwork spirit
• Working with customers: German min B2 level required
