ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
  • Execution of the applicable KPIs per company standard to include The Morning Routine and operational aspects of The Directors Playbook. Please refer to the Crane Worldwide Logistics Operational KPI Standards addendum.
  • -Plans and coordinates shipments for allocated clients only
  • Coordinates daily and weekly activities planning workloads and staffing accordingly
  • Accountable for production supervision and discipline of employees and conflict resolution
  • Enforce policy and procedure compliance
  • Coordinate with other departments within the company
  • Respond to & solve problems
  • Train employees on job specific duties and develops employees through coaching
  • Make suggestions and show initiative for process improvements
  • - Effectively communicate with clients vendors and employees
  • -Assist Operations Director with planning and budget process and other ad hoc tasks
  • -Other duties as assigned
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Talking hearing and using hands to operate a computer keyboard mouse and other computer components
  • Sitting for extended periods of time
  • Walking within the warehouse and inspecting freight
  • Vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus
