We are a growing, remote‑first business and are looking for a capable Operations Lead to help us deliver excellent client experiences and keep our internal systems running smoothly as we scale.

The Role

As Operations Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing day‑to‑day operations, managing client onboarding and communication, coordinating delivery, and supporting the wider team. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who is highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a fast‑moving environment.

You will act as a key link between clients, internal team members, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and manage operational workflows across client projects
  • Oversee client onboarding and ensure all required information is collected and organised
  • Act as a primary or secondary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear, professional communication
  • Coordinate internal team members and ensure tasks are delivered on time
  • Maintain documentation, processes, and internal systems
  • Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements to workflows and operations
  • Support project management across multiple clients and deliverables
  • Handle client queries or issues calmly, professionally, and efficiently
  • Provide regular updates and reporting to leadership
Must-Have Experience & Skills
  • Proven experience in an operations, project management, or coordination role
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable working with technology, tools, and AI‑based platforms
  • Confident communicating with clients in a professional, clear manner
  • Ability to work autonomously while also collaborating with a team
  • Calm, solution‑oriented approach under pressure
  • Open to feedback and able to adapt quickly
  • Comfortable managing or coordinating team members
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience working with international clients (US / UK markets)
