• Must-Have Skills : IT Infrastructure Management & 1st / 2nd Level Support Linux Administration (SUSE / Unix) ITSM, Change Management & Release Planning System Monitoring & Technical Continuity Management (TCM) Agile tools : Jira, Confluence

Nice-to-Haves : Output Management Solutions (VPSX, CUPS, Exstream, Easycopy, PriPlo) Database experience (Oracle / PostgreSQL) Knowledge of BMW systems (YPA, KWOM, CAPPO) Familiarity with VMWare, SAN / NAS storage, and monitoring tools (NAGIOS)
