Overview
A fast-growing international tech company is looking for a detail-obsessed, cool-headed, and highly organised Operations Coordinator to support and coordinate a UK-based field team. This role is hands-on and critical to the smooth execution of day-to-day installations, customer logistics, and system updates. You\'ll manage team schedules, review job completion quality, and ensure operational standards are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily planning, task routing, and scheduling for a UK-based field team
- Track installations, network refreshes, and technical system updates
- Review completed jobs to ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency
- Liaise with venues and partners regarding logistics, updates, and support needs
- Use internal systems (e.g., CRM and ticketing tools) to maintain accurate records
- Quickly identify, troubleshoot, and escalate operational blockers
- Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) and timelines are met
- Support process improvements that enhance team efficiency and service quality
- Participate in weekend shifts as part of a rotational support schedule
- Highly organised, with exceptional attention to detail
- Proactive and solutions-driven, with strong problem-solving abilities
- Able to work under pressure and manage shifting priorities
- Experience using CRM or support platforms (e.g., Zoho Desk, Zendesk, Intercom)
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Stable internet connection and availability during UK business hours
Desirable (Nice to Have)
- Experience in field service coordination or logistics
- Familiarity with IoT, hardware, or tech installations
- Experience working with or supporting UK or international teams
- Basic technical troubleshooting ability
