Job description

Daniyal Technologies is looking for a highly detail-oriented and proactive Remote Operations Coordinator to help us manage, monitor, and enforce operational compliance across our remote teams. This is a high-responsibility role that requires a deep understanding of remote productivity tools, employee behavior patterns, and a sharp eye for inconsistencies or non-compliance.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor employee activity using Hubstaff (time tracking, activity levels, screenshot review).
  • Perform daily reviews of standup submissions and remote work reports.
  • Evaluate team members’ online availability, response times, and shift adherence using Microsoft Teams and internal check-in systems.
  • Conduct random security audit calls (via Teams) to verify employee availability and desktop activity.
  • Track PTO, missed clock-ins, low activity periods, and other discrepancies — and flag/report as needed.
  • Analyze performance trends and prepare weekly operations reports.
  • Follow up with team members who miss clock-ins, exceed break time, or are inactive during work hours.
  • Coordinate with HR to document warnings and violations of company WFH policy.
  • Ensure all SOPs and compliance expectations are enforced consistently across departments.
  • Review login history, device screenshots, and timesheets to verify work readiness and integrity.
  • Assist management with internal operations audits and reports.

What We’re Looking For
  • Strong attention to detail, especially when reviewing activity logs, screenshots, and team behavior.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Prior experience with remote operations, workforce management, or employee monitoring is a must.
  • Familiarity with Hubstaff, Microsoft Teams, and common remote work tools.
  • Disciplined, reliable, and unafraid to follow up or hold team members accountable.
  • A calm but assertive personality — able to give reminders without micromanaging.
Requirements

  • Stable internet connection and backup power preferred.
  • Must be based in the Philippines and available during US working hours.
