Were looking for a hands-on organized and proactive Operations Administrator to join a fast-paced team in the fruit export industry. If youre great with numbers love keeping things running smoothly and enjoy working with people this could be your next move.

What youll be doing :

  • Keeping things running : Handle day-to-day office admin manage resources and keep operations flowing efficiently.
  • Crunching numbers & managing risk : Dive into profitability checks oversee insurance matters and handle claims to help protect the business.
  • Spotting trends : Stay up to date with whats happening in the industry and share insights that support smart decisions.
  • Working with people : Build strong relationships with suppliers and clients to keep projects on track and communication clear.

What were looking for :

  • Experience in the fruit export industry this is essential
  • Strong Excel skills essential (you should be comfortable with formulas data entry and reporting)
  • At least 2 years in admin logistics or a similar role
  • Familiarity with export documentation and order systems
  • Solid understanding of incoterms and basic customs processes
  • A qualification in Business Admin Logistics or Supply Chain is a bonus
